New Exercises added

These cardio exercises can be done with machines found at most gyms. Your gym may use a slightly different name for the exercise, however the technique is usually the same everywhere.

With all cardio work, work at your own pace. Use a heart rate monitor to ensure you are training in your aerobic training zone. Seek advice from your gym instructor or personal trainer on your technique and intensity.
